Woodward Promoted to Commander of ASP Troop F

The Arkansas State Police Commission has approved the promotion of Lieutenant Scott Woodward, 56, of Monticello, to the rank of captain.
Woodward will assume his new duties as commander of Highway Patrol Division, Troop F headquartered at Warren.
Captain Woodward is a 23 year veteran of the department and most recently has served as commander of Criminal Investigation Division, Company B.
