The first witness call by the prosecution was Sam Arnold’s sister, who reported him missing.
Next up was a convenience store clerk, who was a friend of Arnold, who recalled the deceased being in a local store at midnight, on July 26/27.
A representative of AT&T was called to document cell phone times.
A neighbor was called, who remembered hearing 5 gunshots on that Monday or Tuesday, between 5:30 and 7:30.
The court took lunch break at 11:45
