Witness Testimony Continues
June 6th, 2018 by iPhoneOn July 21, the witness reported hearing Flowers weakly calling for help, from inside the trailer.
He went inside, saw Flowers semi-conscious, and called 911.
Defense attorney Tim Leonard, asked the witness multiple questions about previously call the blue Ford Focus a Toyota, and an “unknown car”. The prosecution had J.E. confirm that he told officers that he thought it was Huskey’s mom’s car, even though he didn’t know the brand name.
During cross-examination, the frustrated J.E. exclaimed, “People can’t just go around killing people,” before being admonished by Judge Sam Pope.
