Windstream Cable Cut Likely Cause for Cell Phone Failure

CCC voice customers are unable to receive calls from AT&T wireless customers this morning.
CCC is investigating with Windstream to isolate the problem.
We suspect a fiber optic cable cut on the Windstream network but have not confirmed this yet. CCC will provide updates as we get more information.
This does not affect the ability to place calls or receive calls to other numbers within the CCC voice system only AT&T wireless customers.
