Porscha Preddy of Drew County Abstract and Title in Monticello was named the Arkansas Land Title Association’s Young Title Person of the Year during ARLTA’s Annual Convention earlier this month. ARLTA believes it is important that our outstanding young leaders are recognized for making their mark on the industry.
Nominated by her employer, Charlotte Jones described Ms. Preddy as a hard-working and dedicated title agent who is eager to continuing learning everything about the title industry and is consistently working to master all aspects of the business. Because of her love of the industry and her incredible work ethic, Ms. Preddy was named ARLTA’s 2019 Young Title Person of the Year.
ABOUT ARLTA
The Arkansas Land Title Association (ARLTA) was formed in 1908 as a professional association interested in securing the integrity of land titles throughout the state of Arkansas. Over the years its members continue to provide Abstracts of Title, Title Insurance and related services to the real estate and lending industries on behalf of the public. It continues today as a dynamic organization guided by an elected Board of Directors and a volunteer Committee structure, where members really can make a difference. Members include abstractors, title insurance agents, title insurance underwriters, attorneys, and other related entities.
