Looking for a place to rent in Monticello.

Ideally looking for a clean house that is 1-2 bedrooms. I’m moving down this summer to start a graduate program at UAM, and I have good credit/rental history.

It would have to be something that won’t completely break the bank, as I will be on a limited budget while in grad school.
