Victim Testifies About Shooting
October 24th, 2014 by iPhoneAt 11 am, after opening statements, the 26 year old victim was asked to described his criminal past and sex offender status.
He then told of the events of November 3. Telling how he and 2 friends received a call from a young female on Rabb Road, asking them to come to that area. When she got into his Ford Escape, he alleges Jimmy Gibson approached their vehicle, yelled an obscenity, and then fired a shotgun through the driver’s window, severely injuring his hand.
On cross-examination, Gibson’s lawyer asked the witness about his prior history with girl, as well as a rifle that was in his car. The witness claims it was his friends, but he didn’t know it was there.
After the shooting, he drove several miles to Rose Hill Cutoff, and was loaded into an ambulance, then transferred to Pine Bluff.

whos writing this stuff, doe4sn’t even make sense. the victim was asked to describe his own past criminal history and sex offender status. This is the victim..
Not trying to say Jimmy had a right to pull his gun But no one but he and the people there no the truth about what happened. We will see if the truth comes out. This “victim” is a convicted felon, and he had a gun in his vehicle whether he knew about it of not, if I’m not mistaken one of his passengers was also a felon, both of these situations should get him in trouble… The “victim” is 26 this girl was 15. He had no business being around her to begin with sex offender or not. That’s a way to become one if your not already. This whole situation is ridiculous and should never have happened.
The guy that got shot, the “victim” in this case is the registered sex offender and has a past criminal history. It goes toward his character.
