US & State Flags at Half-Staff in Memory of State Rep. Sheilla Lampkin

Gov. Asa Hutchinson has ordered the United States flag and the state flag of Arkansas to be lowered to half-staff in tribute to the memory and honor of State Representative Sheilla Lampkin.
The flag will remain at half-staff until sunset on July 27, 2016.
Gov. Hutchinson released the following statement:
“The passing of Rep. Sheilla Lampkin is a great loss for our state and for all who knew and loved her. Our prayers are with the Lampkin family during this difficult time.”
