Update on Siemens $10 Million Mediation to be Discussed at Tonight’s City Council Meeting
April 28th, 2015 by Joe BurgessLast Tuesday, Monticello mayor Zack Tucker, attorney Witt Barton, special attorney Cliff Gibson, and city clerk Andrea Chambers traveled to Little Rock, in an attempt to settle the ongoing water system improvement $10 million battle with Siemens through legal mediation.
According to Tucker, who was limited due to the binding confidentiality of the arbitration agreement, e said that the days three hour meeting brought no closure to this situation.
The next step in the process will be decided by the City Council, at the regular meeting, tonight. at City Hall.
