United Way in Drew County announced Friday that applications for 2017-2018 funding are now available.

Last year local United Way volunteers allocated $12,000 to agencies serving Drew County residents.

This year, United Way will focus on programs and initiatives that create positive change in the areas of Education, Financial Stability and Health, the building blocks of a good life. Proposals should clearly demonstrate how the organization’s program or initiative makes a measurable impact in these focus areas.
