Union Bank Stock Buyout Pits Bank vs. Former Stockholders in Court
January 17th, 2014 by iPhoneA circuit court lawsuit will determine the outcome of a case between Union Bank and 11 of its former shareholders, who were forced out by a corporate buyout action.
The defendants is the case include John Porter Price, Virgil Trotter, William Yates Trotter, Patricia Trotter Kirkland, Deborah Jackson Thornhill, Jimmie Jo Jackson Leech, Charles E. Jackson Jr., Lucy Jackson Cyphers, Ruth C. Moffatt, and William R. Daniels, Marsha Moffatt Daniels.
The estimated value of the stocks was listed at around $250/each.
The conflict arose when the former shareholders only received $182 per share.
