UAM’s Early is 2 Wins Away from State Record

UAM softball coach Alvy Early is now just two wins away from tying Norm DeBriyn as the winningest college coach in Arkansas history.
After Tuesday’s doubleheader split with SAU, Early has 1,159 wins, second in state history to DeBriyn’s 1,161 in 33 seasons as head baseball coach at UA-Fayetteville. The Blossoms face Ouachita in Arkadelphia with double headers scheduled for Friday and Saturday.
