Truck Hits Power Pole, Transformer & Pole Land on Truck

Shortly after 4:00, this morning, MPD received reports of a Chevy truck, striking a light pole, behind a residence on E. Bolling St., where the light pole and transformer fell on the truck.
Officers responded, to find the vehicle abandoned, as the occupants had fled on foot.
Entergy was notified, since they I had to remove the transformer before the vehicle could be moved.
