Truck Drives into Home, 2:50 AM

At 2:50 AM this morning, the residence of this home were awakened to the sound of what they thought was a tornado hitting their home. The driver of this truck had lost control of his vehicle, struck a light pole and stop in their yard, before crashing into their living room. No one was injured, but the truck struck the family’s couch, where 4 children often sit and play.
The truck registration by a neighbor who went riding, when he couldn’t sleep.
DCSO, MPD and Rod’s Wrecker responded.
The driver received traffic tickets, but was “not impaired.”
