Trial Still in Progress –7:45 Update

As of our last MLive trial update, it was 3:30, the court was taking a break, waiting on a local business owner to arrive and testify, before the case was turned over to the jurors for deliberation.
The witness arrived, testified, and then closing arguments began.
The closing arguments lasted from around 4:00 until 6:30 PM, when the jury was sent out to elect a foreman, and begin their verdict deliberation.
At 7:45, no decision has been reached, and deliberations are continuing.
