A local man was taken to jail, Tuesday, charged with indecent exposure and contempt of court.
These charges quickly developed, as the young adult was leaving District Court and “half mooned” District Judge Sara Hartness, by his “extreme sagging”.
Devonta Paskel was able to bond out, shortly after arriving at the Drew County detention facility.

I am appalled at the courts allowance of attire in our state. There is a dress code for court appearances that our courts do not inforce. I commend the judge for her decision. However, the baliff should be at the doors turning people away that are dressed inappropriate for the occasion.
