The Verdict is “Not Guilty” of Murder

Around 1 pm, the jury of 8 women and 4 men (11 white, 1 black. This is in proportion to the available jury pool) returned with the verdict of “not guilty” on the charge of first-degree murder in the Myron Griggs case.
The jury was given time for lunch, instructed to return to the court room at 1:45.
