Roger and Jackie Pace were married in 1963 and have one son, Kenny, who is married to the former Debbie Ryburn. Kenny and Debbie have two children, Bryan and Julie.
Roger began working at Burlington Industries right out of high school and worked for them for 19 years. When he left Burlington, he began tomato farming. Since he came from a farming family, this is the occupation he always wanted to do. A few years later, he began to grow all different kinds of produce and people come from area towns to purchase. Some come as far as Little Rock.
Jackie is best known for her to lengthy career in the insurance industry in Monticello. She owns and operates the Insurance Exchange, located on N. Church St. Jackie’s part of the produce business is mainly in the bookkeeping area, but she helps Roger as much as she can with other parts of the family business.
Roger is an extremely hard working individual and never takes credit for anything; he always gives credit to others. He is an extremely devoted family man and his family always comes first. His grandchildren, Bryan and Julie, are the loves of his life.
The family is very appreciative for this recognition, and thanks everyone who has made it possible!
