Black Friday started early, as Walmart began specials at 6 PM, Thanksgiving evening.

Overall, the crowd was down by approximately 1/3. This could be because of increased online shopping,  which is being heavily pushed by Walmart.

There were more Walmart Associates there, than I have ever seen at sales like this before.

Most shoppers found at least some of their intended items, and no disturbances were reported. Only one minor accident was reported, due to shopping.

McDonald’s, on the other hand, had traffic backed out to the street more often than not.
