State Trooper Accepts Marraige Proposal from “Traffic Stop” Driver

Arkansas State Trooper Liz Hoffman went to assist an off-duty Monticello Police Dept. officer on a “traffic stop,” Sunday afternoon, which just happened to be her birthday.
The “suspect driver” turned out to be her long term boyfriend, Cody Fife, which did not bring a pleasant reaction by the trooper.
That is until she realized that she had been set-up, when Cody knelt down and proposed to her, much to her surprise.
By the way, she said “yes”.
