Arkansas State Rep. LeAnne Burch today announced her re-election campaign for Arkansas State Representative, District 9, which includes portions of Drew and Ashley Counties. ??

“It has been an immeasurable privilege to represent District 9 over the past three years, and I am grateful for the support, engagement and encouragement I continue to receive from my constituents,” said Burch. “The sacred honor and duty of public service drives me every day, and if re-elected, I pledge to continue to work hard for the best interests of everyone in District 9.”

?During her service as State Representative, Burch’s work on bipartisan issues has improved healthcare options for Arkansans, secured highway funding for stronger transportation infrastructure, and supported increased opportunities for economic development. “I am passionate about serving District 9 because I am passionate about the people of southeast Arkansas,” said Burch. “We have a wealth of opportunity to embrace, from our thriving timber industry to our education and healthcare sectors supporting thousands of Drew and Ashley County residents. Working together, we can build upon it to ensure a thriving community today, tomorrow, and for our future generations.”

?Representative Burch completed her undergraduate studies at Hendrix College and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Memphis University School of Law. She received her LL.M. from the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School and earned a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S. Army War College.?
