First: I believe community involvement should focus on the furtherance of equal opportunities for all citizens regardless of race, creed or culture. Second, I want to move our community forward by implementing effective programs that highlight areas of engagement between citizens and the city council. We must listen to the community to make real effective change in our education, health and public safety institutions.
I am invested in the development and growth of our community. As I continue to advocate for families in Monticello I would appreciate your vote and support in November.
About me: After graduating from UAM with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, I obtained a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. I’ve been employed in public child welfare for over ten years serving children and families across the State of Arkansas. I volunteer in my community by implementing programs that will help build a better Monticello.
I’m a member of Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church, the Drew County NAACP Branch #6042, Mary Bethune Chapter #11 Order of the Eastern Star and the Effie E. Brooks Civic Club.
