Sex Offender on Probation, Pleads Guilty to Another Sex Assault

A Monticello man, who had been sentenced to probation for an earlier sexual assault, accepted a guilty plea, last week, for a charge of 2nd degree Sexual Assault, that he’d been charged with rape for, last November.
Fredrick Alex Rayford, previously sentenced to probation for an earlier sexual assault, accepted a guilty plea in another case. Rayford was charged with rape last November, but accepted a guilty plea of 2nd degree assault. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison with 10 more years suspended.
He needs to be FIXED!!!!! NOW!!!!! :)
That does not keep you from having sex just babies. He needs to be in jail and not in society.
