Noon Update – Morning Shooting Victim Identified

Minutes after midnight, Sunday night, Monticello Police Department received a 911 call, reporting a shooting.
According to reports, the caller told the dispatcher that her boyfriend answered the door to their Cooper Street apartment, and was shot.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
MPD quickly arrived, and began a search of the area for the suspect.
Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division are assisting Monticello Police in the investigation.
The victim, Robert Mosher, 21, was critically wounded and was transported To a Little Rock hospital by medical personnel
