School Bus Laws Apply to Non- divided 4/5 Lane Roads
April 5th, 2022 by Joe BurgessOn a recent Friday morning, shortly after 6 AM, another Monticello driver was reminded by a state trooper, that oncoming vehicles must stop for school bus stops, as long as they are on a non-divided road.
Although this incident occurred on the west city limits of Highway 278, the law applies to highways 425 and 278, throughout Drew County.
