Roommate & Neighbor Take the Stand in Trial

The victim’s roommate took the stand next, telling that she was in bed, when she heard the gun shot. She then explained what took place as she entered the living room.
A neighbor, who was warming up her car, took the stand, telling about an unusual black truck, that she saw; then a person that she saw get into the back drivers side seat of that truck, after crossing through her yard, between 11:55 and midnight.
