Rogers Sworn In as Mayor

Former Monticello Mayor Joe Rogers was sworn in as mayor, this morning, by Drew County Judge Robert Akin.
Multiple city and county employees, along with media, or present for the ceremony.
Judge Akin told the group that he and Rogers will be able to work together well, while dealing with city and county issues.
Roger served as mayor in the 2007–2010 term.
