Resurfacing Requires Jefferson County Lane Closures on HWY 63B

This work will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, at the Interstate 530 interchange
and proceed down the list from there. All of the workdays for this project will start at 7:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. All sections of work are expected to be complete by Thursday, July 21, weather permitting.
? The outside north and southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 63B from the I-530 and Bayou Bartholomew Bridge interchange will be closed as they are resurfaced.
? The outside southbound lane of U.S. Highway 63B from 39th Avenue to 46th Avenue.
? The outside northbound lane of U.S. Highway 63B from Harding Street to the Post Office.
Traffic will be controlled using advance warning signs and traffic drums. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
