Doesn’t a tax have to be voted on????? The council thinks up these things for us to pay …This should be VOTED on by the public.

Bird lady, this is not a tax. It is an OPTION to pay $10 in your taxes for the spay and neuter option. If you don’t want to or don’t agree with this, simply don’t pay the $10.

This is not a “tax” but a completely voluntary donation to help with the overpopulation of dogs in drew county. The positive effect will not happen overnight, but will help to reduce the number of neglected and unwanted dogs that are just dumped and abandoned. This is a good thing, not bad. Let’s be positive about a good change and work to make life better for all.
