Psychologist Testifies Defendant “Feigning Psychosis” – End of a Day Murder Trial Update

The next to take the witness stand was earlier described as “Williams’ new girlfriend,” who went to the Greenville casinos with the Friday night of Tangela’s death. She described their relationship as. “friends”, who had an earlier relationship.
At 3:45, a forensic psychologist was called to the stand next. She testified to the defendant’s mental ability to stand trial, and pointed out that she felt he was faking several mental illness symptoms , such as psychosis. Although having depressive symptoms, she documented him as feigning the illnesses.
The next witness testified that he had spoken to Williams at the casino the night that Walton was reported missing and her phone turned off.
Court dismissed for the day at 4:10 , and will resume tomorrow morning .
