Prosecution’s Closing Argument
August 29th, 2014 by iPhoneAt 11 am, Judge Sam Pope explained the definitions of 1st and 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, negligent homicide, and abuse of a corpse, before the state presented their closing argument.
The state pointed to the inconsistencies of Williams’ interviews, as well as questions about his history of seizures and 7-8 “recent injuries.”
Court took lunch recess at 12:00, and the defense will offer their closing when court resumes.
