Prosecution on Issues of Death Crash – 11:50 Update

The prosecution addressed the jury at 10:50, for the first time.
Harrod said that there probably won’t be much if an issue about what happened that day at the Wilmar railroad track , when Child ‘s loaded asphalt truck crashed into a line of cars waiting for a train to get across the roadway, killing Mrs. Davis.
He did point out that the questions would focus on was there a ” criminal level of conduct” that was reached that day.
