Proposed Convention Center Update Presented to MEDC
August 6th, 2015 by Joe BurgessFormer UAM Chencellor Jack Lassiter updated the group on the status of the proposed convention center.
The next meeting is tentatively set for August 24, where more information will be presented about the anticipated expiration of the county library tax, and the possiblity of supporting a similar tax to take it’splace.
