Phone / Line Outage Update

CCC is still experiencing troubles from the Windstream outage.
We have had all our traffic going over a SATCO optical circuit to Little Rock.
Subsequently the traffic that is normally shared is maxing out bandwidth.
CCC customers may see a slow down on the speeds and some digital tiling on the channels we receive from Little Rock.
Windstream is troubleshooting and expects a resolution soon.
