Pedestrian Killed in HWY 65 Accident

According to the Arkansas State Police, it’s 6:41 PM Friday, a southeast Arkansas man was struck by multiple vehicles on HWY 65 at McMillan Corner in Chicot County.
Keith Donald Sandine, age 53 of Pine Bluff was walking south in the northbound lane of Highway 65, when he was struck by northbound Peterbilt 18-wheeler. The victim landed in the other northbound lane, and was struck by three other vehicles.
The coroner pronounced the victim dead at the scene at 7:04 PM.
