February 5th, 2015 by iPhoneAt 8:30 PM, the jury was still in deliberation and the criminal case of Douglas Flemister own 12 counts of theft of property, for undelivered boats from F&F Custom Boats, during the calendar years of 20 13–20 14.
The two day trial went to the jury for deliberation around 6:20 PM, this evening, and still remains in deliberation.

SEARK Reading Council announced the winners of the Young Writer’s Contest at the January meeting Monday night. Students in grades K – 8 from the SEARK five county area ( Bradley, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, and Lincoln) were eligible to enter. The students had to submit an original piece that they had written.
