Talk Business/Hendrix Poll Suggests Bloomberg Surge, No Clear Democratic Presidential Favorite in Arkansas

The Arkansas Preferential Primary Election and Nonpartisan General Election will be held on March 3rd. According to the most recently released Talk Business & Politics/Hendrix College Poll, Democrats in the state are virtually split between former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg (19.6%), former Vice President Joe Biden (18.5%), U.S. Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders (16.4%), and former South Bend Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg (15.5%). Celebrate Mardi Gras With Monticello Library

The library would like to invite you to celebrate Mardi Gras with us! We will be creating floats on February 24th at 5 pm. Families and individuals are invited to sign-up for this event! It is FREE and we will have all the supplies needed to create unique floats! Then on February 25th we will celebrate with a parade through the library and garden. We invite the public to participate in making this special for the children who design floats. Stop by the library by 5:30 pm on Tuesday to cheer them on!

Revival At Monticello Baptist Temple, Feb. 16th – 19th

Dr. Jim Moss will be leading revival services at Monticello Baptist Temple From Sunday February 16th through Wednesday February 19th. Service times are Sunday the 16th at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday services will be at 7:00 p.m. Special music will be presented nightly. All are welcome to come and be blessed!
