Opening Statements In Double Murder Trial Begin
October 31st, 2018 by iPhoneAs court was set to begin at 9am, the surviving shooting victim and primary witness for the state, arrived a few minutes late, causing the trial to be delayed around 10 minutes.
Prosecutor Frank Spain began the state’s opening statement, describing the witness list, as well as their expected testimony.
