Way to go Mr. Mike!! thanks for all you do!!!
I am not from Monticello, but have worked in Monticello for over 17 years, and Mr. Mike and Mrs. Shirley will go “above and beyond” to take care of their customers. I have been a customer there for years and I have never been disappointed with the service. The McKeown’s are just good people. I would not hesitate to call them if an emergency came up and I needed help or had questions about a medication.
Fred’s Pharmacy was open too. They were even open Monday when the doctor’s offices and most of the town were closed. That’s great customer service too!
Only in a small town. Nice to see this does still happen. Awesome job!
way to go there needs to be more people like this in towns everywhere!!
Awesome. Door to door service. Nothing beats that.
Fred’s is a fine business, but I prefer to support our locally owned businesses, and thus am glad to see Mr. Mike providing such excellent customer support.
Keep up the good work!
This just goes to show that the McKeowns are great people and truly care about their customers! Not many people would have made deliveries in the snow and ice! Monticello is certainly blessed to have such a superior pharmacy! I’m proud to be a loyal customer!!!
Now that’s what you call…..Serving your customers & serving your community!!!!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Mike McKeown
Monticello Appreciates you and your services!
He is such a kind man! When I lived in California 13 yrs ago, I never had to worry about my grandmother because he delivered her meds. He went out of his way to check on her and would call me if he thought I needed to know something. Ben and I are grateful to have a caring pharmacist!
Mike is someone I quietly admire. He will always go out of his way to serve and help his community. He is a true man of God and an asset to us all. The good guys don’t get the recognition they deserve these days, thanks for posting this article.
