Murder Trial Update – Victim’s Mom Testifies about Her Granddaughter’s Loss

As Samamtha Poole’s mother took the witness stand, during the sentencing portion of the trial for her daughter’s murder, she focused more on the grief of her granddaughter, than of her own loss.
Samantha’s grieving mom described the many questions that her deceased daughter’s 7 year old asks, and the things she says.
She continued, described the family’s moves to other communities, to escape the many things that trigger old memories.
When questioned briefly by Jonathan Wood’s lawyer, she responded to one of his inquiries about forgiveness with, “I’m willing to face my Maker with the hatred in my soul (for your client).”
