Murder Trial Update- “Pryor Left With Shotgun”
July 25th, 2013 by iPhoneThe first witness testified that he and the defendant went to the bootlegger, purchased liquor and returned to a friend’s home, where they commenced to drink. A short time later, he alleges that Pryor said his leg was hurting, and he was going to kill an unspecified person. The witness testified he handed the Pryor a loaded shotgun, and Pryor left. A short time later, Pryor returned, stated that the shotgun was in the creek, and left again.
(The victim had shot Pryor in the leg, three years ago.)
