Murder Trial Update – Detective Lists & Describes Evidence

Det. Tim Nichols resumed testimony Friday morning, in the first degree murder trial is Wes Pryor.
Nichols was asked to list items sent to the state crime lab, which included:
Budweiser can from drivers floor of Jeep Cherokee,
Swabs with blood, Carpet cut out from Cherokee, Shotgun Pellet from floor of living room, Fingerprints drivers door, Pryor’s clothing, 2 cell phones, and Shotgun shell casing from crime scene.
The shotgun shell was recovered from the north end of Hewitt’s porch, laying on the ground.
A search of a mobile home on East Jackson (where Pryor was arrested) led to Pryor’s jacket being recovered.
