Murder Trial Testimony Begins
June 6th, 2018 by iPhoneC.J.’s brother (J.E.) told the jury that Huskey had “B-slapped” the 67 year old Flowers a couple of days, previously, while trying to get Flowers to move out.
On the night of July 18, the witness saw Huskey’s car coming down the shared driveway, the leave, a few minutes later.
The witness then told that his son went outside, and saw Flowers collapsed between the 2 closely located mobile homes.
They took Flowers inside, and asked who did this and what happened. Flowers told them that he knew it was Huskey, even though Huskey had a shirt wrapped around his face. He also said that he recognized Huskey’s voice.
