Murder Trial 3:45 Update – Neighbor Saw Vehicle, Heard Gunshot

The afternoon session continued, the jury of six men and six women heard the third states witness testify that she lived next door to the victim and was good friends with him. She saw a vehicle drive past the house the night of the shooting, and heard the gunshot, but could not see the vehicle to identify it. She only saw the headlights and taillights.
