Murder Trial 3:30 Update – Pryor’s Mom, Dad, & Uncle Testify

Just before 3 o’clock, Pryor’s uncle told the jury that he had dropped Pryor of at a friend’s house.
Pryor’s mom took the stand next, who told about her contact with her son on that day.
The prosecutor pointed out to the jury that the mother had misled police about her knowledge of Pryor’s activities that day.
Pryor’s girlfriend’s mom was up next, and said Pryor had been staying there for around a week, on that day, December 9, 2013.
She recalled Pryor going into the bathroom to wash his face. The prosecutor established that she didn’t know how much “cleaning” Pryor had done.
Pryor’s father was called to testify next. Mr. Pryor, an MPD officer, received a call that night from MPD instructing him to call the sheriff, which he did. Sheriff Gober told the father that his son was suspected in the death of Hewitt, and asked him for the address of his son’s girlfriend, which the father provided.
