Murder Trial 2 pm Update – Dispatcher Logs on 911 Calls (Body Found & Gun Taken)

However, she couldn’t specify how the gunshot residue got on the jacket. Leonard pointed out that a “particle” is microscopic in size.
He also emphasized gunshot residue could be transferred from an officer or patrol car seat.
At 1:20, a firearm specialist from the state crime lab took the witness stand, identifying 4 of 5 “00” buckshot pellets and a “shot shell wad” (likely Remington brand), that were submitted as evidence in this case.
She then identified the recovered shotgun casing as a Remington 12 gauge shell.
The 911 radio dispatcher was called to the stand, next. She recalled the details of two 911 calls that night.
The second was from the daughter of one of Pryor’s friends reporting that “Wes Pryor had left with her dads truck and shotgun. He brought the truck back, but not the gun.”
