Murder Trial 1:45 Update – Witness Corrects Earlier Statements
July 25th, 2013 by iPhoneAfter lunch recess, the court convened with the first witness returning to the stand. Upon questioning, he changed two statements, he said, after giving it some thought.
Before lunch recess, he had denied driving Mr. Pryor’s vehicle that evening. After lunch recess, he said he had given it some thought during lunch, and recalled driving Mr. Pryor’s vehicle.
He had also stated earlier that he was not 100% sure that Mr. Pryor said he was going to kill someone, but after giving it some thought, he is now sure Mr. Pryor stated he was going to kill someone.
