Murder Case Goes to the Jury
August 29th, 2014 by iPhoneThe defense’s closing began at 1pm, with Gary Potts repeating that this case is about an accidental death, not a murder.
He pointed out that the defense admitted where she was when she died, and mentioned his size and his history of seizures.
Also mentioned that the “recent injuries” (bruises) could’ve happened as early as the day before, and not even be related to this case.
In rebuttal, the prosecution explained that the cell phone experts and towers were brought in, simply to prove the the defendant is a liar.
The case was turned over to the jury at 1:20.
