MPD’s Gail Hyatt Wins State Red Cross “Heroes” Award
January 30th, 2014 by iPhoneMonticello Police Department retired dispatcher Gail Hyatt was honored, Wednesday morning, with the Arkansas Red Cross’ Heroes award.
Ms. Gail earned national attention, last September, for her life-saving instruction to a local man trapped inside of a raging wildfire, which led him through and around sections of fire, to waiting rescue workers and firefighters.
