MPD’s Search for Missing Person Over- He’s Located & Safe

The Monticello Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of Kenneth Flannigan. Mr. Flannigan is 40 years old, 6’0, approximately 200 lbs.
He may be driving 2013 Cadillac 4 door car. Mr. Flannigan is not a suspect in any crime and was last heard from on Sunday morning.
